01. You must be a genius. How do we define that? We don't. Your parents did when you were conceived. If you are, you should know, as we will know once your application is reviewed.

02. You must have a website. As apathetic as you must be to be recognized here, obviously you must meet the basic most fundamental requirement to be linked in the first place.

03. Your site must showcase your genius traits in some way or another. That will also be reviewed. This doesn't mean you have to be some stellar webmaster. Genius is beyond graphics. The apathetic genius is defined by brainmatter and interpretation.

04. You must be in the process of starting your genius revolution (pointless or otherwise), or apathetically thinking about it. Most likely you'll never get around to it, but we have to know that you're mentally capable of devising the plan.

05. You have to get the joke. Understand the joke, get it, and build upon it. Get it?
